Tennis star Maria Sharapova is developing a television series, reports Variety. Sharapova is attached to co-executive the project, which is set up at The CW.

There aren’t any specific details revealed about the potential series yet, but its known to be a sports-themed drama. Jacob Epstein (Shark / Without a Trace) is teaming with Sharapova as the writer and an executive producer on the project.
